Inteacc Jobs collects candidate account, applicant profile, CV/document, extraction review, consent, and application submission data only for recruitment workflows initiated by the candidate.

Browser-local saved jobs remain on the candidate device. Portal-side application and document records stay in the portal-owned store and HCM receives only the confirmed application package and reviewed extraction metadata required by the intake contract.
